Damen Shipyards says it has entered a deal with a Russian logistics firm to establish a new service yard in the Black Sea.
Damen entered the letter of intent with Moscow-based Delo Group for the yard to be located at the port of Novorossiysk.
Delo's ports unit already runs the Aleksino Port Marina Shipyard in Novorossiysk. Damen says the deal aims to provide better service to its vessels in the region.
