US builder Philly Shipyard is to lay off another 275 workers as future orders remain uncertain.
The Philadelphia Business Journal said the company had filed a notice with the Pennsylvania department of labour saying the redundancies will begin from 20 July.
During the first quarter the yard had to lay off 10% of workers after it lost a TOTE Maritime boxship order.
