Korean yard DSME could bank KRW 9.8 trillion ($9.1bn) in revenue this year as it makes progress towards its order target.
This compares to KRW 11.1 trillion in 2017.
CEO Jung Sung-leep told reporters on Monday that he expected fresh business to total $7bn by the end of 2018, close to its aim of $7.3bn.
"We are making efforts to secure orders for offshore facilities for the rest of the year, which if realised, could help us surpass the order target," Jung said, according to the Yonhap news agency.
