DSME is considering measures to improve its finances after receiving a notice from the Korea Stock Exchange.
The South Korean shipbuilder said in a regulatory filing it was reviewing “various measures” to improve its financial structure.
This would happen through close cooperation with its creditors, the company added.
There were reports earlier this week that DSME’s capital would be reduced from October onwards.
