Japan’s Oshima Shipbuilding has won more bulk carrier orders as it seeks to fill delivery slots following the acquisition of Koyagi Shipyard.
Turkey’s GSD Shipping has contracted a 42,000-dwt bulk carrier at Oshima for delivery in 2026, according to Japan Maritime Daily.
The deal was handled through Japanese conglomerate Sumitomo.
