Fincantieri-owned Vard Holdings has clinched a service vessel contract from Midt-Norsk Havbruk of Norway.
The new ship will be built by Vard Aukra in Norway.
It is designed for fish-farming operations and developed in close cooperation with Marin Design.
The catamaran-style vessel will be 20 metres long.
Delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018, but no price was given.
