US-listed tanker owner Petrogress has formed a new advisory board to help it expand its activities in Africa and Europe.
It also announced the formation of a company to run ports in Cyprus.
The initial appointments are lawyer Christine Warnke, based in the US, and Demetrios Pierides, from Cyprus.
They will provide counsel relating to corporate governance and capitalisation, Petrogress said.
