Navigator Shipping Consultants picked the Hellas Liberty, a floating shipping museum docked in the Port of Piraeus, as the venue for its 17th annual forum.

Hundreds of high-ranking shipping managers, officials, diplomats and guests flocked to the repurposed vessel, one of 100 US-built World War II-era Liberty ships that made modern Greece’s shipping fortune.

They were welcomed onboard by Navigator president Dimitris Bezantakos and his daughter, Danae, who is the company’s chief executive.
