KNOT Offshore Partners (KNOP) has acquired another shuttle tanker from sponsor Knutsen NYK.
The US partnership said the 152,000-dwt Anna Knutsen (built 2017) will be delivered by 1 March at a cost of $120m.
This was the company's sixth dropdown acquisition in the past 15 months.
The price includes $106.8m of outstanding debt on the ship, plus approximately $1.4m for certain capitalised fees related to its financing.
