Tsakos Energy Navigation has taken an impairment on its two oldest ships, helping it finish the fourth quarter in the red.
A one-off charge of $8.9m was carried on the 301,000-dwt Millennium (built 1998) and the 164,000-dwt Silia T (built 2002) in the final three months of 2017.
