Veteran Teekay Corp director Eileen Mercier has stepped down from the board of the shipowner.
Mercier has been replaced as chair of the company’s audit committee by Alan Semple, who has been a director since 2015.
He is a former chief financial officer of John Wood Group but retired three years ago.
“We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Eileen,” said Teekay chairman Bill Utt.
