Sovcomflot CEO Sergey Frank has said a new propulsion systems training centre in Vladivostok is key to providing crew for upcoming Arctic projects.
The Vessel Electric Propulsion Training Centre, at the Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University (MSU), focuses on preparing seafarers for work on vessels equipped with Azipod propulsion systems.
