The Japanese utility company willown 70% of the vessel and MOL 30% via a Bahamas-registered subsidiary of MOL.

The two gas carriers wereordered in June 2012 at Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Mitsubishi HeavyIndustries on the back of a long term charters to Kansai.

MOL will manage the Moss-typevessels, one 164,700-cbm and one 155,300-cbm vessel, which are due for deliveryin 2016 and 2017.
