The Dubai company revealed the 299,000-dwt Gulf Eyadah (built 2006) was seized in Freeport in the Bahamas by DNB and BNP Paribas.
It said it was appointing lawyers to protects its interests.
The move follows last month's arrest of the 299,000-dwt Gulf Sheba (built 2007).
On Saturday, Gulf Navigation said a Rotterdam court had blocked a sale of the ship by the banks.
