The tanker owner said its net deficit to 30 September was RUB 504,000 ($15,000), against a profit of RUB 6.07m for the same period of 2012.
Revenue fell 13% to RUB 81.52m from INR 93.78m year-on-year.
Operating costs were RUB 84.45m, up from RUB 95.11m.
