The shuttle tanker owner said net profit to 31 December was $7.9m,against $1.95m in the year-ago period.
All vessels operated well, it added, bringing in revenue of $22.1m,from $16.81m in 2012.
It said BG Group was considering whether to renew itscharter of the 162,000-dwt Windsor Knutsen (built 2007) for a year from April.It has options to extend until April 2016.
KNOT's parent Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers will guarantee therate until April 2018 if BG drops the vessel.
