The tanker and bulker owner said netearnings to 31 March were INR 5.73bn ($95.37m), up from INR 5.37bn in theprevious 12 months.
Revenue grew to INR 30.9bn from INR 30bn,while total costs were INR 16.56bn, against INR 18.47bn the year before.
Operating profit reached INR 7.7bn from INR5.35bn.
But fourth quarter net profit was down atINR 668m from INR 837m.
