The recent sale of four 300,000-dwt tankers to Euronav is fuelling questions about the fate of the last two ships, which have been identified as the Maersk Heiwaand Maersk Hayama (both built 2011).
In an email exchange with TradeWinds spokeswoman Stine Pedersen said the contracts tied to the duo, which are controlled by Cido Shipping of Hong Kong, aren’t due to conclude for another two years.
