The Russian tanker and bulker owner recorded a net loss of RUB 515.31m ($10.98m), against a profit of RUB 205.38m in the same three quarters of 2013.
Revenue decreased by 1.42% to RUB 2.95bn from RUB 2.99bn the year before.
Operating profit was RUB 231.243m, up from RUB 93.06m.
Moscow-registered Arctic Technologies owns 60% of the company.
