Singapore’s Keppel Shipyard successfully petitioned the High Court of Singapore to issue an arrest warrant for the 3,600-dwt TCS Dream (built 2009), claiming that Transchem had failed to pay a shipyard repair bill totaling SGD 205,000 ($155,000).
Shipping databases indicate that the TCS Dream is the only ship owned by Transchem. It is managed by an entity called KS Shipping, which operates a fleet of six small tankers and general cargo ships.
