Tankerska Next Generation (TNG) sold 3.2m shares at HRK 65 each, Tankerska said on Friday.
The cash will go towards buying two modern tankers to boost the company's clean fleet to five vessels.
It has capital of HRK 463m after the float.
Tankerska will own 55.6% of TNG, while the shares will debut on 12 February.
TNG executives said they were satisfied with the IPO and the trust shown by the company's new shareholders.
