The Malaysian shipowner’s 10,778-dwt chemical tanker Imbak (built 2008) was detained last week by Singapore’s admiralty sheriff.

The Malaysian-flagged ship was arrested by local Singapore law firm Oon & Bazul LLC, court documents show.

Gagasan Carriers is said to owe Singapore bunker and lubricant supplier Sky Oil & Gas Asia Pte SGD 44,747 ($33,450).

AIS data shows the ship presently moored to the southwest of Singapore between Tuas and Jurong Island in position 01° 23.53'N,
