Vitol said it is working to continue refined products exports to Libya, despite continued instability in the war-torn country.
On Monday, Vitol said it plans to conclude a contract for 2016 “in the next few days” for regular deliveries of fuel to the National Oil Corporation (NOC), based in Tripoli.
NOC was the legacy national oil company under the country’s former regime.
