The Indian tanker at the centre of an international row over Libyan crude is returning to the North African country.

Elektrans' 95,000-dwt Distya Ameya (ex Kassos, built 1995) is heading to the western Libyan port of Zawiya, according to Nagi al-Maghrabi, chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in the east of the country, which sold the controversial cargo in defiance of its rival NOC in the west.
