China's Brightoil Petroleum is lining up orders for five products tankers and three LNG carriers this year.
Shipping chief Per Wistoft told Reuters: “We are looking to grow the fleet. For us, it’s very much a question of price.”
He added that Brightoil would also consider signing up for more VLCCs.
