KPI Bridge Oil has expanded its global presence with the acquisition of South Korean bunkering company KTB.
The Danish bunker company says the deal is part of its growth strategy for 2016 and will enhance its East Asian market leverage, complementing its long established Singapore presence.
“The merger comes a year after the group’s acquisition of Denmark based Trumf Bunker which recently became a fully fledged physical supplier and the establishment of a new office in Greece in December,” KPI Bridge Oil said.
