Sentek of Singapore is tipped to have picked up its second VLCC with the capture of a tanker from Gener8 Maritime.
As TradeWinds has reported, Gener8 is selling the 312,700-dwt Genmar Victory (built 2001) for $29m.
While initial reports linked the vessel with Winson Shipping of Taiwan, brokers are now pointing to Sentek Marine & Trading as the buyer. It is believed the ship will be converted into an FSO.
