A Swiss-based tanker newcomer that specialised in lifting Russian cargoes did not haul any Urals crude in August after rising crude prices breached the G7’s oil price cap, cargo tracking data suggests.

A ship managed by Fractal Shipping — the 113,782-dwt Cauveri (built 2005) — last lifted a cargo of 730,000 barrels of Urals from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk on 30 July, according to Kpler shipping data.
