Danish owner Hafnia Tankers has dismissed suggestions it is placing a four-ship order at CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (CSSC OME) — previously known as Guangzhou Shipyard International (GSI).
Market sources suggested the Mikael Skov-led company had contracted the Chinese shipbuilder to construct two firm medium-range (MR) products carriers for delivery in 2019. The deal was also thought to include two optional vessels.
