Korea’s KSS Line has ordered three chemical carriers at the domestic Dae Sun yard.
The vessels are stainless steel tankers with a capacity of 3,500 dwt. The deal was signed on 31 May, according to the Asiasis website.
The owner has a fleet of 24 tankers and gas carriers, including five LPG ships on order at Hyundai Heavy and Hyundai Mipo.
Dae Sun also won a contract from Korea’s Heung-A Shipping last month, for two 6,500-dwt chemical vessels for hand-over in 2018.
