John Michael Radziwill has resigned from the Euronav board after a four strong suezmax venture was split in two.
New York-listed Euronav says it will take on the 157,600-dwt Captain Michael (built 2012) and Maria (built 2011) from the fleet it previously ran with Bretta Tanker Holdings.
It will pay $15.1m to Radziwill’s Bretta as the public company has taken the two newest tankers in the venture.
