Restructuring STX Offshore & Shipbuilding has clinched a vital refund guarantee for two 50,000-dwt MRs ordered by John Dragnis' Oceangold Tankers.
It said state-owned Korea Development Bank (KDB) is providing the unspecified backing.
Business Korea reported that the guarantee had been delayed by four months.
The ships are now due in the first quarter of 2020.
