A Signal Maritime-managed tanker has withdrawn to safety after fresh fighting broke out in Libya.

The 113,000-dwt aframax Seadelta (built 2009) had been due to load a cargo of crude from Ras Lanuf, but has moved further offshore, Libya’s National Oil Company (NOC) said.
