Nordic Shipholding has slipped to a loss of $6.2m on the back of lower revenues and vessel impairments, figures released Tuesday show.
The Danish shipowner saw total revenue slump by 41.5% to $7.2m, while it was also forced to take an impairment charge of $5.1m.
Nordic said the weaker performance was primarily due to the lower TCE income from the vessels deployed in the various handysize pools.
