US Maritime Administrator Paul ‘Chip’ Jaenichen says he does not see himself as a legacy builder as he prepares to step down in January when a new US president is handed the keys to the White House.
Asked what he hopes to have accomplished when that day comes, he takes a page from his 30 years as an officer in the US Navy.
