Norwegian shipowner and investor Arne Blystad is pleased with Songa Bulk’s initial shares sale, which makes him a minority shareholder in a company that will be listed soon on Oslo’s over-the-counter (OTC) market.
Songa Bulk has closed the book on a near $75m shares sale that marked the first successful shipping equity raise on the city’s junior market in a couple of years.
