Greek tanker and bulker owner Hellenic Star Shipping has kept two ships trading despite arrest actions in Australia by a banker keen to get rid of its shipping book.
Court records show that lawyers for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) won arrest orders for two of Hellenic Star’s bulkers last month but allowed both ships to continue their trading voyages after the court action.
