A US judge has approved a request by Stolt-Nielsen to keep secret a settlement agreement with cargo interests pursuing claims related to the MSC Flaminia casualty.
US Judge Katherine Forrest scrawled her order in the margins of the request filed by John Nicoletti, the Nicoletti, Hornig & Sweeney lawyer representing subsidiary Stolt Tank Containers.
