Norwegian shipowner Arne Blystad has swept into the containership segment with his second major shipping asset play project in under 12 months.
His Blystad group is a key investor in newly formed Songa Container, which is working in partnership with finance house Ness, Risan & Partners, TradeWinds is told.
Apparently tempted by the soaring values of boxships, Blystad is leading the initiative as an investor in the company, which has already acquired at least three vessels.
