Rolls-Royce Marine has landed a joint-service agreement covering the whole fleet of offshore vessels for two companies in investor Kristian Siem’s industrial group.
Oslo-listed Siem Offshore and Subsea 7 signed a three-year agreement to maintain all vessel equipment delivered by Rolls-Royce on 74 ships.
This is the first time the two vessel owners in the group have signed a joint deal with one provider, says the offshore ship designer and equipment maker.
