Monaco's International Andromeda Shipping is poised to sell a second large tanker that appears to be a candidate for demolition.
Director Nicolo Serena confirms the shipowner has put the IHI-built, 156,000-dwt Green Trader (built 1993) up for sale but not for recycling.
However, the deal comes after the company sold the younger 149,700-dwt tanker Blue Trader (built 1997) for demolition in July for $378 per ldt, or $9.2m.
