V Ships has increased its involvement in the burgeoning super-yacht market.
The group's passengership management arm, V Ships Leisure, and leading luxury yacht builder Azimut Benetti are buying yacht broker and manager Fraser Yachts Worldwide.
Azimut Benetti will take a controlling stake and V Ships will focus on the management business.
The move merges the activities of V Yachts into Fraser Yachts's management department.
