A Greek owner is plugging the gaps on its mixed Greek and Filipino-manned fleet with seafarers from Montenegro.
Like other so-called "traditional" maritime countries, Greece is suffering from the shortage of seagoing skills not just at home but worldwide.
It has sought to address the problem through a joint government industry campaign to get more young Greeks interested in a career at sea, while individual companies have adopted their own approaches.
