A shiprepair company in Piraeus has won the first round of a legal dispute against George Economou’s Drytank over unpaid repair and hire bills after 16 years in Greek courts.
A Piraeus judge in the Courts of First Instance has decided that Ioannou Brothers has a sufficient case against Economou to seek EUR 1.8m ($2.2m) from a total claim of over $7m.
