Singaporean offshore shipbuilder and operator Penguin International confirms it is still evaluating its legal options against Wartsila over the vessel designs at the centre of a cancelled newbuilding contract with Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (Adnoc).
Penguin International managing director James Tham declines to elaborate on the legal status of a possible action, other than to confirm his group has not dropped the matter.
