The Tyne yard of ship-repair and conversion group A&P has won contracts,
together worth around GBP 500,000 (USD 820,000), to refit two vessels
for Netherlands-based P&O North Sea Ferries.
The passenger Ro-Ro cargo ferry Pride of Flanders and Ro-Ro ferry Pride
of Suffolk, both built in 1978 and 18,700 gt, will enter the Wallsend
yard on December 21 and January 2 respectively.
