The Baltic is declining to comment on the advisory notice mentioning Free Bulkers SA and Adventure Ten SA. The former is the privately controlled entity that manages the fleet of stocklisted FreeSeas, while the latter is a subsidiary of the publicly listed company, the former registered owner of the 50,200-dwt Free Lady (now Free Sea, built 2003). FreeSeas sold the ship last October to compatriot owner Seabound Maritime for a knock-down price of $21.9m.
