US-listed Scorpio Tankers is said to have clinched deals for two more medium-range (MR) units as it continues to boost its fleet of products tankers.
The charters lifts Scorpio’s total number of ships to 43, including newbuildings.
The 40,000-dwt Histria Azure (built 2007) is reported fixed by Scorpio for a year at $12,600 per day, with an option for a second year at $13,550 per day.
