Theodore Angelopoulos-led Metrostar Management has returned with its usual panache to the tanker sector with an order for up to 10 medium-range (MR) products tankers at SPP Shipbuilding.
Sources close to Metrostar confirm that six 51,300-dwt tankers have been inked at the South Korean yard. The first two deliveries are slated for October and December 2014, with the remaining four ships due out of the yard in 2015.
