Navios South American Logistics (Navios Logistics) has already unlocked the US bond market and many believe the Montevideo, Uruguay-based tug, barge and products-tanker operator is getting ready to pursue a public listing alongside its largest shareholder, Greek bulker owner Navios Maritime Holdings (Navios Holdings).
